After creating the TPPE to relieve my own muscle pain of 50+ years, I read a couple of books of trigger point therapy by Bonnie Prudden and devise my self therapy on her teachings. Her books were directed in teaching how to treat other’s TPs but they provided me with a basis understanding from which to find and treat my own TPs. Several years later I discover the book by Clair & Amber Davies called The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook, which
was very helpful. Mostly I have learned from my years of self exploration and studies.

I first read about Trigger Point Therapy in a Book called “The Pain Erasure” the Bonnie Prudden Way. My first experience with Trigger Point Therapy came trying out with a girl friend. It was the first time in my adult life that I felt normal and without pain for several days. After I created the tpp devices I experimented with them on treating my own muscle pain with a lot of success.
